baeyMDT's started in 2022 as a small Discord community trying to take ambulance roleplay seriously. We wanted callsigns to mean something, paperwork to feel real, and dispatch to actually work the way it does in a control room.
Today we power MDTs for over a dozen UK-themed services — from single-station communities to multi-agency networks running ambulance, fire and police side by side.

Realism without barriers. The tools should feel professional, but anyone should be able to learn them in an evening.

Respect the source material. NHS-style branding is used for immersion only. We never trade on real patient data, real names, or real cases.
