Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the baeyMDT's website and MDT platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is a fictional roleplay platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the National Health Service. Nothing on the platform constitutes real medical advice or real patient information.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you join a community on behalf of a group, you confirm you are authorised to bind that group.

3. Acceptable use

• No real personal data, real patient records, or real clinical content.
• No harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or illegal content.
• No attempts to compromise the Service, bypass security or extract data at scale.
• No impersonation of real NHS staff, organisations or officials.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from billing settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and process that content solely to operate the Service.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and may update or change features at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, expose us to legal risk, or harm other users. You may close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
