Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made on the baeyMDT's platform (the "Service"). By purchasing a subscription or other paid product, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.
2. 14-day cooling-off (new subscriptions)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription purchase, provided you have not made substantial use of the Service during that period. This right does not apply to subscription renewals or to one-time purchases that have already been delivered or consumed.
3. One-time purchases
One-time digital purchases (e.g. add-ons, credits, or unlocks) are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once activated or used. If a purchase fails to deliver due to a technical fault on our side, we will either restore the purchase or issue a full refund.
4. Accidental or duplicate charges
If you were billed in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund any incorrect amount in full.
5. Account termination
If we terminate your account for a material breach of our Terms of Service, fees already paid are non-refundable. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription on a pro-rata basis.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@baeymdt.com from the address associated with your account. Include the order or invoice reference and a short description of the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
